• The normal turnaround time at TR Designs depends on the complexity of the project and the specific service you’ve ordered:

  • Logo Design: 5 to 7 business days
  • Brand Identity Development: 5 to 7 business days
  • Web Development: 2 to 4 weeks (depending on the size and functionality of the website)
  • Company Profiles: 5 to 7 business days
  • Graphic Design Projects: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the scope

  Once we’ve reviewed your requirements, we’ll provide you with an estimated timeline for your specific project. We always aim to deliver high-quality work within the agreed-upon timeframe.

We always start by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with the client. Essentially fill out our online form or mail us the design brief, it can be verbally communicated through telephone or by having the proper brief of the project. We encourage the client to contribute ideas and samples of items and colors that are liked. Equally important is to understand concepts that the client doesn’t like. When we are satisfied, we have enough information to work with, we will begin the project by researching ideas, considering concepts and then laying out design visuals, these will be forwarded to the client for feedback. We listen carefully to our clients feedback and make the necessary changes to the layouts and offer advice on why we arrived at the design conclusions submitted. This process of amendment and re submission continues until the design naturally evolves into its final form.

Bank Transfer – Bank transfer is the best method of payment. We pass our bank details to a client and they do a transfer. Usually takes 1 or 2 days, depending on local/international transfer.

Payfast – The beauty of Payfast is that it’s handy, and it’s instant. Also, a lot of online invoicing systems already integrate with Payfast, again upping the handiness factor.

Once your design is finished, We can deliver your final files:

– Via email as an attachment depending on size.

– Upload to Dropbox and send you a link to download

– In rare cases, even save files onto a CD or USB and deliver via regular post or courier

We will supply proofs and PDF files as appropriate for printing, or other graphic files as detailed in the job scope or request. Charges for design work do not cover the release of our copyright design source files, including but not restricted to indd, psd, AI, png, or other source files or raw code; if the Client requires these files for transfer to an in-house or other designer, they will be subject to a separate quotation or ‘buy-out’ charge.

As long as you give us as much clear direction in the initial brief we should have a few designs in the right direction. Keep in mind that once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled.
